Job Description

At Novium, we are currently seeking an experienced Manager for M&A Integration and Separation on behalf of a distinguished client within the Big 4. This role is centered around providing strategic advice and operational support to clients involved in significant transformational deals across Europe.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting corporate and private equity clients to navigate the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions, focusing on operational excellence and value maximization. This includes guiding through successful M&A integrations and optimizing outcomes from divestitures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead M&A integration and separation projects, ensuring clients focus on key priorities and manage teams to support operational integration and deal value realization.
  • Client Engagement: Provide end-to-end M&A transformation expertise, assisting in the setup, management, and execution of integration and separation programs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating proposals and presentations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Practice Growth: Actively contribute to the development of our M&A Integration practice, enhancing methodologies and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong facilitation skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
